During my stay in Melbourne I spent many a night in various settings but when it came feeling like I was back home (10,000 miles away) the Lyall did just that! The rooms were outstanding (all suites), the spa (wow), the gym (right up my alley), the food (delectable), and the location (perfect). Granted I think I spent more time in the spa then anywhere else! I was so pleased with my experience that I already booked my stay for the upcoming Melbourne Cup. Hope to see you there! Thanks Rowina and Peter for a Fantastic Experience and Making me fell right at home!

To all the wonderful staff, I was part of a group of 13 girls that stayed at your hotel on the weekend and I just wanted to say thank you to all the staff at the hotel for making our weekend so special. From the moment we walked in from our 4am flight the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you for setting up the sitting / library room for our breakfast each morning, thank you for our champagne, thank you for the constant giving of directions, thank you for our facials and massages, thank you for our gourmet breakfasts and thank you for creating such a memorable stay. Our stay at The Lyall was quite simply brilliant. We were incredibly impressed with the overall levels of service and attention to detail, and the concierges, Ray and Nathan were wonderful. The breakfast each morning was delicious, as was the bottle of sparkling we had on Saturday on the balcony of our room at Sunset. We had an amazing weekend holiday in our own city, and I would recommend The Lyall to any of my interstate or overseas associates. Many thanks to you and everyone at The Lyall for a wonderful experience.

Hi, My partner and I stayed over the weekend that just passed and wanted to thank you for an amazing experience in celebrating my birthday and anniversary. Facilities are brilliant and wonderful with the helpful and a tentative staff to match the great experience. Special shout out to Mark I think the bartender ( Saturday night) who served us great cocktails and suggested great eateries and menu items which we thoroughly enjoyed. Once again thank you for your hospitality and we will definitely be back and will be telling ALL our friends and colleagues.
